Our Logistics Philosophy
To ensure the freshest designs and highest quality, many of our items are shipped directly from our dedicated manufacturing hubs and global fulfillment centers. This "Direct-to-Home" approach allows us to:

1.Processing & Shipping Fees
 Processing Time:Please allow 1–3 business days for meticulous quality inspection and secure packaging before dispatch. During peak seasons or new collection launches, this may extend to 4 business days.
 Shipping Fees:All orders are subject to a uniform shipping fee of $5.99, regardless of destination

2.Estimated Delivery Times
 As we ship to our community worldwide, delivery windows vary by destination:

3.Tracking Your Journey
 Once your order is on its way, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
 The logistics system usually takes 1-3 working days to synchronize the latest transportation status
 Minor delays during customs clearance are normal; your package is still safely in transit.

4.Customs & Duties
 International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
 Any import duties or taxes assessed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
 Since regulations vary, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

5.Changes & Cancellations
 To ensure fast delivery, our system processes orders quickly. Please email us within12 hours of purchase if you need to modify your information.
 Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes.

6.Delivery Issues

  • Damaged on Arrival:  If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos within 72hours, and we will arrange a free replacement.
  • Lost Packages:  If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either reship your order or provide a full resolution.
